Wood Repair Thermelt Knot Filler is a unique product for repairing all kinds of knots, cracks, splits, defects etc. in wood. It is easy and quick to use, durable, flexible and strong at the same time. Knot Filler is both water-repellent and flexible, which also makes it perfect for outdoor use. It is a non-toxic product, safe for the user and environment.
As the Wood Repair BASIC Kit, this system is exceptionally well suited to DIYer's, cabinetmakers, window installers, floor installers, carpenters, woodturners, kitchen installers and small or single person wood workshops for repairing knots, grains and other damages in wood.
Single colour and mixed selection Thermelt® Knot Filler Sticks are available from Woodwork Supply South Africa in aluminium bags, each containing 8 each 150mm x Ø12mm Thermelt® Sticks per bag or 9 each 300mm x Ø12mm Thermelt® Sticks per bag.
For the best results results, you will need a small piece of smooth, flat metal for fast, effective cooling of the Thermelt® Knot Filler and a sharp chisel or single bevel knife blade for slicing away excess Thermelt® Knot Filler prior to sanding.
- 1 x Wood Repair BCD-180 Thermelt® Application Gun c/w Changeable Nozzle (Pre-Adjusted Temperature - 170º)
- 1 x Wood Repair Mix Pack of 8 x 12mm x 150mm Thermelt® Filler Sticks - 2 x Mahogany, 2 x Pine, 2 x Oak, 2 x Knot Filler.

Note: The Wood Repair Basic Kit does not include a cutting tool and cooling iron/block.
Get started this easy:
- Place the BCD180 Thermelt® Knot Filler Gun on a flat surface and plug the power cord into an outlet.
- The BCD180 Thermelt® Knot Filler Gun is now turned on.
- After approx. 7 minutes the Thermelt® Knot Filler Gun will be ready for application.
- The Thermelt® Knot Filler Gun is preset at 170°C.
- Apply Thermelt® Knot Filler into the repair/damage.
- Turn-off the Thermelt® Knot Filler Gun by unplugging it after application.
Important:
- Never pull Thermelt® sticks out of the BCD180 Thermelt Knot Filler Gun as it ruins the chamber of the gun.
- Never place the BCD180 Thermelt® Knot Filler gun on it's side and never point it upwards.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you not be entirely happy with you purchase, and the goods are still in original condition, we will accept the return of any item you ordered at our expense, within 7 days of you receiving it.

Woodwork Supply's Delivery Policy is incorporated by reference into Woodwork Supply's Online Terms and Conditions.
If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the Online Terms and Conditions will prevail and will apply in respect of all products sold through the Woodwork Supply website.
Online Ordering and Email Confirmation:
Products purchased through the Woodwork Supply website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering process. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
Courier Delivery:
Deliveries will be performed by a courier company engaged by Woodwork Supply.
The delivery service is available from 8am until till mid-afternoon during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address, if you are not at home during the week. You may be required to sign for delivery and to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.
If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, either Woodwork Supply or the courier company, acting on Woodwork Supply’s behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company.
In the event that Woodwork Supply and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to Woodwork Supply.
Delivery Schedules:
Our delivery times will vary between 3-7 working days depending on, among other things, product availability. While Woodwork Supply is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame, particularly in the event when certain products contained in your order are temporarily (or permanently) unavailable.
Delivery Costs:
All orders over R1000 are delivered free of charge. Woodwork Supply, in its sole discretion, may determine that your delivery address is located in a remote area and may, upon you placing your online order, request payment of an additional delivery fee. Should you object to an additional delivery fee being payable, you will still have the choice to withdraw your order. All orders under R1000 in value will incur a delivery fee of R180 including VAT. We do not deliver to farms or informal settlements.
Our liability:
Woodwork Supply is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to Woodwork Supply e.g. if you provide the incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order. If you do not provide a valid physical address for delivery, Woodwork Supply may cancel your order and refund the purchase price. It may also not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order, and will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to a different delivery address.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your ordered products are delivered within 3-7 business days. While Woodwork Supply will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, in the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time frames, you accept and agree that Woodwork Supply will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery of your order. You further acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond the control of Woodwork Supply, such as adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or an inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies.
Woodwork Supply delivers the products in standard packaging. You understand and accept that the packaging of the products offered on Woodwork Supply's website (e.g. bottles, containers, packets, etc.) may be different from the packaging of the product that is delivered to you.
