OVERVIEW
Remove everyday dust, dirt and grime using a combination of different Osmo mop heads.
DUST REMOVAL
To remove loose dirt, we recommend dry cleaning with Osmo Dust-Mop, a conventional vacuum cleaner or broom.
DAMP MOPPING
Prepare a dilution of Osmo Wash and Care with water in a suitable bucket (Dilution 15 mL Wash and Care per 2 litres water). Soak the Micro-Mop Plush cloth head then wring out well. Only damp mop the floor to reduce water logging. Regular cleaning will ensure the process remains very easy

SYSTEM TELESCOPIC HANDLE
High quality aluminium telescopic handle with SoftTouch grip to work safely. Simply connects to the joint for a secure fitting and effective cleaning. Pole is adjustable in length from 120-200 cm and is also suitable for use with many other tools from Osmo.

Special cleaning concentrate for wooden and cork floors treated with Osmo Polyx®-Oil. Also suitable for varnished, stone, plastic, PVC and other water resistant surfaces. Highly effective and water soluble for quick, easy and thorough floor maintenance. Just a dash of Wash and Care in mop water removes everyday dirt and grime exceptionally, and thanks to the natural oils, it prevents the floor from drying out.

LIQUID WAX CLEANER

Especially designed for initial cleaning, occasionally refreshing and maintenance of floors treated with Osmo Polyx®-Oil. Based on natural waxes – refreshes and cleans the surface at the same time. Higher tread areas such as door entrances and hallways can appear duller through the course of years. With Liquid Wax Cleaner, heavy restoration work can be avoided with easy to use, quick and economical application to regenerate the elegant character of the wood.
Top Tips:
- The mop set seamlessly connects to the System Telescopic Handle from Osmo for back-preserving cleaning and care of wooden floors (handle sold separately).
- Avoid using all-purpose and aggressive cleaners.
- Only use the Micro-Mop Plush for damp mopping, not wet. When required, dry afterwards.
- How often your wooden floor has to be mopped will depend on the amount of use. In private households, a weekly cleaning routine is normally enough. In restaurants and other high traffic areas you should mop daily.
- For larger areas, we recommend using floor cleaning machine Floor-X-Center.
- Multi-purpose cleaners such as washing up liquids and detergents are highly detrimental to the finished surface and is not recommended to be used as discolouration or staining may be possible.
- Other household cleaning products such as vanish, bleach, baking soda etc. are likely to cause severe discolouration or staining.

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you not be entirely happy with you purchase, and the goods are still in original condition, we will accept the return of any item you ordered at our expense, within 7 days of you receiving it.

If there is any conflict between this Delivery Policy and the Online Terms and Conditions, the Online Terms and Conditions will prevail and will apply in respect of all products sold through the Woodwork Supply website.
Online Ordering and Email Confirmation:
Products purchased through the Woodwork Supply website will be delivered to a physical address of your choice, which must be selected during the online ordering process. As soon as your order is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking details.
Courier Delivery:
Deliveries will be performed by a courier company engaged by Woodwork Supply.
The delivery service is available from 8am until till mid-afternoon during weekdays only, and no deliveries will be made on weekends or public holidays. We recommend that you use your office address as your physical delivery address, if you are not at home during the week. You may be required to sign for delivery and to provide a valid form of identification when your order is delivered.
If you are not available to take delivery of your order, we will attempt either one or two more deliveries to the physical address that you provided during the online ordering process and, if still unsuccessful, either Woodwork Supply or the courier company, acting on Woodwork Supply’s behalf, will call you to arrange, in its sole and absolute discretion, for either a further delivery attempt to be made or for you to collect your order from the courier company.
In the event that Woodwork Supply and/or its duly appointed courier company is unable to contact you, despite all reasonable attempts to do so, using the contact details and/or physical delivery address that you provided during the ordering process, we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund to you the money already paid to Woodwork Supply.
Delivery Schedules:
Our delivery times will vary between 3-7 working days depending on, among other things, product availability. While Woodwork Supply is firmly committed to delivering your order within the estimated delivery times, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame, particularly in the event when certain products contained in your order are temporarily (or permanently) unavailable.
Delivery Costs:
All orders over R1000 are delivered free of charge. Woodwork Supply, in its sole discretion, may determine that your delivery address is located in a remote area and may, upon you placing your online order, request payment of an additional delivery fee. Should you object to an additional delivery fee being payable, you will still have the choice to withdraw your order. All orders under R1000 in value will incur a delivery fee of R180 including VAT. We do not deliver to farms or informal settlements.
Our liability:
Woodwork Supply is not liable for any incorrect order or delivery where you make an error in the information that you provide to Woodwork Supply e.g. if you provide the incorrect delivery address or submit an incorrect order. If you do not provide a valid physical address for delivery, Woodwork Supply may cancel your order and refund the purchase price. It may also not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order, and will arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to a different delivery address.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your ordered products are delivered within 3-7 business days. While Woodwork Supply will try to ensure a smooth delivery process, in the event that we are unable to meet the estimated delivery time frames, you accept and agree that Woodwork Supply will not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of the late delivery of your order. You further acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond the control of Woodwork Supply, such as adverse weather conditions, industrial action, or an inability to secure labour, power, internet services, GSM network connectivity, materials or supplies.
